The original nozzles include 0.3mm-240°C, 0.4mm-240°C, 0.4mm-265°C, and 0.6mm-265°C. We have also recently developed a 0.6mm-265°C hardened nozzle and a 0.4mm-240°C high-speed nozzle.

The high-speed nozzle enhances efficiency, reduces production time, and maintains print quality. When installed on the Adventurer 4 3D printer (with firmware upgrade), it achieves a maximum printing speed of 200mm/s. For the Adventurer 3 Pro2 and Adventurer 4 Pro models with the high-speed nozzle installed, the maximum printing speed reaches 300mm/s.

The 0.6mm-265°C hardened nozzles offer enhanced durability and expanded material compatibility, allowing them to withstand abrasive filaments and maintain dimensional accuracy. With a longer lifespan, they ensure consistent extrusion and precise filament flow, enabling the printing of specialized materials and reducing the need for frequent nozzle replacements.

All our nozzles feature a patented design that allows for tool-free disassembly within 3 seconds. Simply press the release ring to remove the nozzle, facilitating easy maintenance. However, nozzle replacement should be performed while the printer is powered off.

Each nozzle has undergone print testing, and there may be some residual filament. This can be easily cleared by heating the nozzle and clicking the retraction button.

Our Slicing software, FlashPrint, is upgraded monthly, and the firmware is constantly updated to ensure the best user experience.
