Multiple Nozzle Options

The Adventurer 3D printer nozzles come in various configurations tailored to different needs. Options include 0.3mm to 240°C, 0.4mm to 240°C, 0.4mm to 265°C, and 0.6mm to 265°C. Our latest additions are a hardened 0.6mm to 265°C nozzle and a high-speed 0.4mm to 240°C nozzle. These nozzles allow you to customize your printing experience and optimize performance based on your specific requirements.

0.4mm-240°C High-Speed Nozzle

Enhance your printing efficiency with the 0.4mm high-speed nozzle. This nozzle reduces production time without compromising on print quality. When paired with the Adventurer 4 3D printer (firmware upgrade required), it reaches a maximum printing speed of 200mm/s. For Adventurer 3 Pro2 and Adventurer 4 Pro models, the maximum printing speed increases to 300mm/s.

0.6mm-265°C Hardened Nozzle

The 0.6mm hardened nozzle offers enhanced durability and expanded material compatibility. It can withstand abrasive filaments and maintain precise dimensions, extending the lifespan of your nozzle. This ensures consistent extrusion and smoother filament flow. The hardened nozzle is ideal for printing specialized materials, reducing the need for frequent replacements.

Quick Detachable Nozzle

Patented design allows for quick and easy nozzle removal within 3 seconds. Simply press the release ring to detach the nozzle, making maintenance effortless. Note: It is recommended to power off the printer before replacing the nozzle.

Ensuring Nozzle Quality

Each nozzle has been rigorously tested for printing performance. There may be minor residual filament after installation. To clear this, simply heat the nozzle and click the retraction button.
